Disclaimer: Referrals must be submitted before the referred customer signs a sales contract with The Floor Store. A “referral” is defined as providing the name and contact information of the referred customer to The Floor Store, or the referred customer stating the referrer’s name or project number at the time of their first contact with The Floor Store. The referred customer’s qualifying project must have a total value of $3,000 or more before tax, and must be completed in full for both parties to receive their gift card.
