You can even have a design consultation in the comfort of your own home with our Shop at Home service. Simply call your local Floor Store to set-up an in-home appointment.

We have a full selection of eco-friendly products as well. With six locations, we offer the largest inventory in the Bay Area. This means your new floor, carpet or hard surface can usually be installed in your home within 48 hours. It also means prices as low or lower – often a lot lower – than anyone’s. If we say a product is in stock, it’s here—not 3,000 miles and six weeks away.  Zero interest financing for 12 months is available as well.

FloorCare For Life

We want to help you keep your carpet looking beautiful for life with incredible protection from stains. Even if it means replacing your carpet. The stain protection part of our plan covers you in up to three ways. When your plan is registered you get our FloorCare for Life Stain Removal Kit featuring Mohawk FloorCare Essentials. This kit contains what you need to remove most stains immediately.

For stains that don’t come out with the stain removal kit, our FloorCare for Live Service Center will make arrangements for a professional cleaning technician to remove the problem stain free of charge.

In the rare instance when a professional cannot remove the stain, our 10-Year and Lifetime plans go even further. We will replace the stained carpet and adjacent area free of charge for the first five years and all you pay is for the installation costs.
